“Out of clutter, find simplicity.”

CLIENT: Private Party
SERVICES: Interior Design/Curation/Organization
The theme of this project was inspired by the famous “Three Rules of Work” frequently attributed to Albert Einstein. It highlights the importance of finding clarity and simplicity amidst chaotic or cluttered situations.
At Sugar Street, great design begins with listening. The Morris House was created for a client whose vision was clear—simple, refined living with warmth, functionality, and understated sophistication. Rather than layering decorative excess, Sugar Street leaned into restraint: clean architectural lines, balanced proportions, rich textures, and a neutral palette that feels calm, elevated, and effortlessly lived in.
“Out of clutter, find simplicity.”
Throughout the home, every design decision was intentional. Warm leather seating anchors the living space with masculine character, softened by natural textiles, tailored furnishings, and thoughtful styling that creates harmony without clutter. The kitchen remains bright and open—crisp, modern, and beautifully practical—while the private spaces embrace quiet luxury through softness, scale, and comfort.
This project reflects one of Sugar Street’s core beliefs: the best interiors are personal. No formula. No one-size-fits-all aesthetic. Just thoughtful collaboration, careful attention to detail, and design that reflects the people who live there. The Morris House is modern living, distilled—clean, balanced, and quietly exceptional.
